We’re taking you back to John Mellencamp’s 1984 “Uh-Huh” tour.

On April 10th, 1984, the tour made a stop just 50 miles from his hometown- Indiana University in Bloomington.

As legend has it, Mellencamp had the Indiana University Auditorium literally shaking during this concert! He actually had to issue a safety warning to fans in the balcony after some of the band members noticed the balcony actually moving. The next day, building engineers confirmed the balcony had moved about an inch!
